I’ve noticed through the years that when best practices are modeled at one site the others will sometimes follow ie, camera presets, muting, signage, props.
Our teachers just seem to not have time to video conference – so much pressure with benchmarking, curriculum etc. – they haven’t realized the added value that video conferencing brings to the classroom.
